Welcome to our Silver Event Promotion package application page. This package is available for schools/teachers organising Teachmeet events, with free entry and sign-up available for colleagues.

Upon completion of the details, you will be re-directed to payment, which is made by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete payment, and you can pay by credit/debit card.

The payment for this service covers our costs, and you will receive:

  • The event added to UKEdChat App calendar
  • The event added to UKEd.Academy event calendar
  • Regular Social Media promoting the event from our main UKEdChat accounts, but also relevant regional UKEd Accounts.
  • The event will be added (and promoted from) our events catalogue.

You do not need a PayPal account to proceed. When prompted, please select the “Check out as guest” or “Pay with a debit or credit card” option, and you will be able to proceed to pay with your credit/debit card. Payment must be completed for promotions to commence from UKEdChat.

By placing this order, you agree that:

  • I am an authorised person acting on behalf of this event, and am authorised to allow UKEdChat to promote this event in line with the Silver Event Promotion Package features.
  • I confirm that this event is free for teachers / colleagues to attend.
  • I understand that UKEdChat and/or a UKEd regional account will actively promote this event via social media channels up to the date specified.
  • I understand that UKEdChat, UKEd.Academy and the UKEdChat social media accounts can use publicity assets to help promote and identify this event. I authorise UKEdChat to collect digital assets from the URL submitted above, or that I will send promotional materials (jpg/png) to be used – If you wish to forward assets, please e-mail jobs@ukedchat.com.
  • I understand that the service being purchased is for promotional services only, and that UKEdChat (and its websites) hold no liability in the running, safety or further promotions for the event submitted.
  • I understand that UKEdChat reserves the right to withdraw promotions for this event without any notice or warning.
